As an HR leader, trainer, coach, and employment litigation expert witness, I have worked at the intersection of people, compliance, documentation, workplace culture, and defensible decision-making. My work helps organizations reduce risk, strengthen HR practices, and navigate California and U.S. employment law with greater clarity and confidence.
I founded HRPDG — Human Resources Professional Development Group — to bridge the gap between legal compliance and human connection.
